A few thoughts / questions: - We are having RDOs validate that we are asking the recruiters the right screening questions and will then have recruiters sharing their screening notes with GMs (or designee) via email. Does that help mitigat= e the need for a second interview? - I see several hires for St Louis in the past few months but only two starts? What is the process today for getting them scheduled for their first shift? Do we need to prep candidates to be scheduled at orientatio= n (ie don't attend if you are not ready to work)? - We have a few new tools we can use to promote either onsite or virtual interview days. Any interest in trying that? - Are there any local trade schools etc you would recommend us partnering with to help grow the funnel? @Emily Swackhamer Send me a message in chat if you have a few to connect for a call. Might be easier than email. :-) Emily On Wed, Mar 5, 2025 at 9:37=E2=80=AFAM Timothy Thomas wrote= : > Hi Emily, > > Please see the message below from our St. Louis GM regarding the ongoing > need for caregivers at orientation.
