Just fyi, I did get to join the back half of the BDM Call this morning - sorry missed roll call, I was speaking with a Caregiver. The ideas and examples shared today (and on previousl calls) ex: readmission rates; hospital networks/multiple arms & legs of same, etc.) are helpful and most often apply to both sides of the border, despite the differences in health care systems. Approaches to individuals, ways to build good referral relationships, etc. are mirrored and/or applicable 'world-wide' and I continue to appreciate and benefit from them whether I attend a 'mixed' North American call or Canadian only. Hope this helps.
