--0000000000007be5cf05f342be64 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Team, quick update on the corporate American Express cards you are holding: As you've heard, TheKey's policy for paying credit cards is changing, where cardholders are now responsible for paying their cards directly after being reimbursed by the company through the Concur system. Since you are in Canada and both out-of-pocket expense reimbursements to you and payments made to US entities by you are complicated by the international border, we are in process of finding another solution for you. While that is underway, *we will maintain the status quo of the company paying your Amex bill directly*. *The cutover to the new process on January 29th will not impact you. *The original process will remain in place until we have a new credit card solution for you. Ideally this will occur in February. Furthermore, we will replace your existing American Express credit card with a card that is NOT American Express (most likely Visa or Mastercard) given the low acceptability rate of the Amex card in Canada. Please be patient while this is sorted, and until then carry on as you have historically, keep your Concur expenses up-to-date as always. If you have any questions you can reach out to me directly, and keep the new clients rolling in!
