Zareena is moving forward - hired a consultant to assist with the submission. It's a 3-year contract that can be just for the Calgary zone. Zareena is much more ambitious - she is doing 3 zones. (ask is to pull Jamie and have her assist with the submission) - Jamie Fewchuk's bonus - I'll send over the spreadsheet for confirmation on the payout. - On-Call (this seems to be quite overwhelming as one person is now managing 90 ish clients. (Talk about some solutions) - Luna CCM wants to visit Winnipeg to meet the clients and do a reassessment - Winnipeg's care plans are not very robust - she can fix all of this. Needs to know when she will do a meet and greet. - We are keeping our HCL until Matt can work with her. (She has her challenges, which we can discuss) - The town hall meeting left everyone a little on edge here - I wanted to get your opinion on how it went? - How was the F1 race? - Discuss Lindsay's departure so you have an idea of what we discussed. - Shawntel has taken all of Luna's clients now - wants to know more about her new role with Dennis. When will Dennis take full control of the role? - Do you know whats the longest time an employee can go on vacation? Plus open to anything you wish to discuss.
