While I was on with him, I took the opportunity to bring this question to him and he said yes, the caregivers and office staff should be terminated as of March 13th, vacay paid out and ROEs issued from Mavencare. They start fresh with us on March 14th as a new start date and we can then use their seniority to set the correct vacation percentage.
