We attempted giving him a raise to $12.50. He called requesting a pay raise of 13.50 instead. He has been working with Mr. Carvery regulalrly and has since been offered a position elsewhere for $14. He is comfortable with our case and would like to continue but would like to do what we can do to accommodate. (Just a side note: The second caregiver we are sending to Mr. Carvery on a regular basis will be making $15/hr). I would be concerned for them to eventually compare salaries in the long run. *2*. Angie called requesting $13/hr. She has been with us since July of this year and is currently at $11.50. She too is working consistently with Mrs. Shaddick as the primary caregiver. She is wonderful and Corrina believes the Shaddicks will cancel if they lose Angie. She will be getting back to her second job by Friday as to whether or not she will accept, but money is a big factor to her. *3. *Cheryl Bootman is currently at $11.75. We tried to boost her to $12.00. She was unhappy with just a .25c raise and was hoping after all these years of service that she would be at least at $13/hr. Let me know what you think, and i'll get back to all of them by the end of the week. Thanks! *Michele Sazant* *Coordonnatrice des Ressources Humaines/**Human Resources Coordinator* *Home Care Assistance (Montr=C3=A9al) Inc.* *4464 Ste.
