I wanted to pass along some feedback from Will Frederick as this might be of interest in your offices. Below is the info from Will and others have followed suit and had success. *From Will Frederick:* After hearing the Quarantine Care idea, I have heard from several communities. I put Quarantine Care in the subject line and sent the email below to everyone I know that works in a community - activities directors, executive directors, etc. I also just got an email from another community that they aren't allowing their residents back if they are admitted to a hospital that has a confirmed COVID case. In other words, they are sending them home to live with their adult children for 14 days. She asked me how quickly we could get started because she was going to need help. *Emily - We have started helping in a few communities with Quarantine Care. This has ranged from a new resident coming in or an existing one having to go to the hospital. Our stays have all been 24/7, but the timeframes have differed. Some have been 48 hours for a doctor's visit while others have been up to 10 days waiting on test results. * *We have been supplying all of our caregivers with their own masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer to help limit the demand on the communities for these supplies. We are also limiting the number of caregivers providing the care. We understand how important it is to keep everyone safe. * *We would love to be a resource for you. * *Let me know if you have any questions or if I can help you with a similar initiative.* -- James Patchett Director of International Operations & Franchise Support Home Care Assistance Direct: (727) 729-2068 www.homecareassistance.com --- Read Our Testimonials Join Our Newsletter We Are Hiring!
