Please use the form at the following link for all communication requests: Communications Request Form The form is also available through the Workplace Intranet here . Key Details: - Acknowledgment: You will receive confirmation of your request within 1-2 business days. - Review & Clarification: If additional information is needed, we=E2=80=99= ll reach out within 3-5 business days. - Draft Creation & Approval: Depending on complexity, communication drafts will typically be ready within 5-7 business days after receiving all necessary details. - Final Delivery: Once approved, the communication will be executed according to the agreed timeline. Planning Guidelines: - Advance Notice: While two weeks=E2=80=99 notice is preferred for request= s requiring new copy, please provide at least 5 business days for pre-prepared copy to allow time for approval, planning, and execution. - Thorough Completion: It=E2=80=99s important to fill out the form thoroug= hly, as it captures key details like send dates, audience, and stakeholders, ensuring we deliver effective communications. - Collaboration on Copy: For emails or messaging that require new content, I will create a Google Doc for us to collaborate and refine the messaging together before it is sent out.
