I want to share my bad experience with some new staff those came back to work after their vacation due to Covid19. Few weeks ago, one of their staff refused to help positive client while we both were working together on the same floor and for Residents safty purpose i told the head nurse and Mr Ray during the assignment that some of your staff dose not want to work with positive people so please give me a partner who can work together as a team because some of residents are not suppose to do by one person they need two PAB while we do them. Since then few staff has problem with me. Yesterday , i was told by one staff that i should follow them because they are permanent and we are there just for now and she also told me that i talk to much thats why some of the staff dosnt like me that i do not care because she is the one to whom their collegue dont like to work with her because she always try to rule people. She also told me you have more brain than residence so you should not liten them the reason was that, i put one of resident on bed at 6.50 as she requested me to go to the bed and since i joined there evening staff starts resident making them comfortable on bed arround 7 pm on 3rd floor and 7.30 on 2nd floor. So i was following the same but i think she has personal problem with me. I am not saying i am 100 percent right but you can ask to all other staff i worked worked since beging they all like to work with me. The other staff was also telling her including Nurse on the shift that you should understand what she is trying to say but she replied that you all are favouring her. Still i do not have any problem with her or others because i know wherever you work some people will not like while seniors appriciate others from outside. But when they says we are permanent and you are just for timing then i think they should go back to school and learn some atticates if she can not understand me when i can talk , i am surpised how come she understands people who can not express themself. I never had this kind of bad experience with any staff anywhere in my past. Yesterday i felt that she is insulting me just because i tell truth infront of everybody and i am not permanent staff of Westmount One. I tried my best to explain the situation but this is only 50% that i wrote. So please ask Mr Ray to talk to their staff or else if his staff has personal problem with loyal people then replace me to other nursing home. Somany time i worked on my own on the floor for 16 , 16 hour continues without any help no body has complaints. I might can be wrong they can teach me nicely but nobody can insult me. I do hope that you will understand the felling behind the words.
