I will let you know as soon as we have connected. I did talk to Kim and Jinny about this situation and Mr Mullen should have been entered as his own person but Jessica was entered as primary contact. This has been corrected. Mr Mullen needs a caregiver who is very technologically literate as he is blind and needs assistance with emails and other things done on the computer. He liked his first caregiver but she was not quite computer savvy enough for his needs. He told us he was happy to keep her while we found someone who was able to assist more with his technology requests. It took two weeks to find that person. Jessica's dissatisfaction points to the amount of time it took to find the replacement. But, I will have a conversation with her and inquire how else we can improve our care of John.
