My dad's credit card is being sporadically charged - with varying amounts- no explanation for amount of hours is given. He is understandably very upset- and in my opinion this is very unprofessional of your company. I have received zero feedback from the email I sent regarding our Lynn affiliation with southwest Lynn. I was told we would not be charged tax. As I have said before I feel our family has been unfairly taken advantage of for the situation we were in with my mom requiring immediate and around the clock care.
