Hi Angie,

June Mavencare IT costs were actually negative (-$5,911), this consists
of a $1,589 expense for "Mavencare NY Activity" and a ($7,500) credit
representing the removal of Google Services costs that had been expensed to
Mavencare NY in May.

Because Mavencare financials are not in Netsuite, I do not have visibility
into the $1,589 attributable to "Mavencare NY Activity".

Lastly, I do not see any IT costs on Mavencare Toronto's P&L for this year.
