There is a sector, within our territory (Still close) that = is 95% jewish and we would like to touch them directly with this new = piece, by getting them to contact us, in order to get an electronic = version of the Kosher Care Cookbook. It gets them in touch with us and = we then get access to their email address. It also shows how = knowledgeable we are in the field. =20 Which is why the cookbook was more interesting than the flyer=E2=80=A6 But in order to comply with the french language regulations, we need to = be able to provide a french version of it, therefore translate it.
