As long as we get files uploaded into ClearCare when caregivers start work, this type of thing won't happen. I also reviewed the pay of the second caregiver in question and the amount paid to her lines up exactly with the hours in ClearCare. If the caregiver believes there is some sort of discrepancy, she would need to reach out to Brian as this would mean that a shift was not in ClearCare. However, it does look like all the shifts for her regular client are in ClearCare and have been marked as completed.
