The requestor will have to fill out a vendor = request basic information: Vendor name and contact information.=20 =20 Once this is filled out, AP will review and approve to ensure there is = no duplicate. After the initial approval, an email invite will be sent = to the contact on the requestor form. This should be the contact from = our vendor. The vendor will get an email from Coupa with a link, they = will have to click on that link and fill out the banking information and = complete the onboarding process.=20 =20 After this, it will be routed to ap again to review and approve their = banking /tax information . This is the final approval. Vendor will be = onboard and ready to receive payment. =20 Note: Before onboarding , it is best practice to ask if the contact is = able to fill out the vendor information, and have their banking letter = on hands.
