December we had a few larger clients stop care (planned end dates). Shirley Bull- 168 hrs/wk Dr. K- 182hrs/week January was a little more complex week over week. *Clients on hold:* - Travis' (couples care)- 120 hrs/wk - Did not have care for 1/6-1/26 - Joy Burns- 26-28hrs/week - Did not have care since the first week of December (traveling). Returned 1/24 with added hours as a Tier 1 *12/30-1/05- $54,018* - During this week Shirley Bull ended care and Dr. K started care. Dr. K was a fast start on Christmas Eve that we had for 6 days until he was moved to skilled nursing. - The snow storm started at the end of this week as well. *1/06-1/12: $43,777* - The snow storm continued into this week and Missouri closed highways and travel. Uber was not even allowed to operate on certain days. The storm continued to impact travel and business for a week or more due to road conditions. - CL Terri Sansone had started care with us (ST case) for daily overnights. We were able to staff one shift, but she canceled care entirely due to the storm and moved in with family. *Updated due to Terri's cancelation **182 hrs canceled due to storm*** *1/13-1/19: $47,719* - Staffing and shifts started to get back to normal, but we were very slow as far as starts. - Linda Lyles 24/7 started 1/17 - Jane Wesson 24/7 started 1/18 *1/20-1/26: $62,201* - Joyce Seufert started ST 24/7 on 1/24. Will start 8 hr days on 2/4 - Joy Burns returned on 1/26 with 31 hrs/wk *1/27-2/02: $76,520 PROJECTED* - Travis' resumed care Let me know if there is any more info I can get to you. -- *Emily Swackhamer | Missouri General Manager* Email: emily.swackhamer@thekey.com M: (314) 591-1974 O: (314) 863-8989 TheKey.com --000000000000cec55a062cf13daf Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Tim, Here are some insigh= ts regarding the fluctuations in our revenue over the past month.
