She is n= ot willing to sign the consent agreement because of the fact that we are operating as a numbered company but it doesn=E2=80=99t mention the key in o= ur agreements and the HCA name and logo are in the agreements not the key. I brought this up a few weeks ago to see if this could be changed because it doesn=E2=80=99t make sense that we are still using home care assistance = in our consent agreements instead of The Key and now I=E2=80=99m running into a ro= ad block. Can we get this changed? Or can someone give me a response that she would accept because I have tried to explain this to her in every which way possible and she said she will not sign an agreement home care assistance on it because we aren=E2=80=99t advertised as HCA but we are the key.
