Scott has developed a culture of excellence and a high level of employee, student and parent satisfaction. He enjoys serving others as demonstrated by his work as an administrator and years of volunteer coaching. In 2012, Scott received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for excellence in community service. He is a devoted family man, married to his wife Debbie for the past 28 years. They have 2 wonderful sons that have brought them much joy over the years. *Debbie Lockhart* obtained her Bachelor of Physical Education and Education Degrees before completing her Post Baccalaureate Degree in Counselling at the University of Manitoba. She has been teaching for 28 years and has 10 years=E2=80=99 experience in counselling, mainly working in family counsell= ing, mental health, stress management, self-esteem, anxiety and mindfulness. She is currently the Divisional Mentor and Key Point Person for the =E2=80=9CRo= ots of Empathy=E2=80=9D Program that is delivered province wide. Family, friends, = physical fitness and summers at the lake rank high on her =E2=80=9Cfavorite things= =E2=80=9D list. *Barry Dueck* was born and raised on a farm in southern Manitoba. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Barry spent almost 20 years with Schlumberger, starting as a young engineer with a broad range of assignments in human resources, marketing, sales, and executive positions in operations. Those years included much travel with transfers to eastern and western Canada, Houston, Texas as well as more exotic locations such as Jakarta, Indonesia and Aberdeen, Scotland. Barry spent the latter half of his career in the field of investment management. *Barbara Dueck* had led much of her adult life as an expatriate wife and mother. Her "job" was to move her family, as seamlessly as possible, to new countries, cities, communities and schools. With her daughters settled into their schools and social lives, she has used her skills in a volunteer capacity. As president of the Canadian Women's Association in Indonesia she spearheaded numerous fundraising projects whose funds were allocated to enrich the lives of the less fortunate. Clean running water, toilet facilities and programs benefitting women and children were among those initiatives undertaken. She also volunteered on several private school parent councils, chaired gala fundraising events and served on committees at a major art gallery. She lists travel with her husband Barry as a passion along with cooking, entertaining and best of all being a Granny to
