Canada will be ive for Winnipeg and Calgary in all systems for after hours
support as soon as your offices closes.  Everything looks good to go!

@Christopher Hayes <djuan.hayes@thekey.com> is one of our call center
supervisors, he will be your primary focal for any issues or questions that
come up.

Chris, if you could set up a time to meet with Dennis/Chuck/Tim weekly for
a bit here, coordinate with them on the best timing and they can reassess
after a few weeks if they want to change the cadence.
