First, please take the following insights with a grain of salt, as we know some clients may report finding us through a Google search even if they initially received a postcard. With that in mind, I've asked Cheryl to clarify the source during intake. It would help us more accurately gauge the postcard campaign=E2=80=99s effectiveness. Here are the *2025 year-to-date results* from our campaigns: - *Total Leads:* 6 in 2025 (17 total) - *Total Opportunities:* 6 in 2025 (14 total) - *Total Wins:* 7 clients - *Total Client Starts (2025):* 4 - *Total Postcard Distribution:* 20,000 - *Total Campaign Spend (2025):* $6,300 (not including May's campaign) - *Cost per Client Start:* $1,575 The February postcard campaign accounted for all four starts, generating $10,700 in revenue and growing. The $6,300 spend includes printing and distribution. The total postcard campaign from 2024/2025 is around $22,000 in revenue. That said, the current Salesforce/Welsky integration limits our ability to tie campaign spend directly to each conversion. We'll need to improve tracking to strengthen our ROI reporting going forward. The May postcard campaign is now this week, hitting homes, so the ROI is still pending. They have another 20,000 postcards at a cost of around $6300. Lastly, it may be helpful to review traffic data for our CDHC benefits website page to identify any correlation between recent campaigns and online activity.
