As suspected, it has been confirmed that VCH Lions Hate Hospital and north shore Home support have seen significantly less activity this month than the month previous as well as February. There have been days where Nelson has had to manage 5 x 12hr, 24hr cases per day. That hasn=E2=80=99t been th= e case recently. Currently, they are very happy with the speed of response and quality of communication from our whole team. They have been providing us with the majority of 12 and 24 hr cases. We proposed that we would be open to 6-12 hr cases as well and f they were on an ongoing basis which I will speak to Michelle about. Request for DOT for clients is appreciated as it is required by VCH to be provided and expected from us to be diligent about it. If ever we are not receiving it in a timely manner or as needed, Nelson has asked us to communicate with him and he will follow up directly with it. Bowen island is an ongoing discussion that I will continue with Michelle. If we can do it, it will be greatly appreciated. If we can=E2=80=99t , no p= roblem. We made a solid effort. Stay tuned. I reiterated the importance of using our scheduling email and asked for it to be reinforced giving the example of when an individual is away (vacation), that the messages aren=E2=80=99t missed. Congratulations and thanks to the entire team for continuing to successfully work with this account.
