All eligible employees on your team will automatically be marked as meeting expectations and will get a 3% increase. Corporate and field employees hired before 12/31/23 who have not received an increase since 7/1/23 and are in good standing with the company are eligible. Sales employees are excluded from the merit process due to their commission structure. If you think an employee either doesn=E2=80=99t meet expectations or goes a= bove and beyond, please let me know. For those who don=E2=80=99t meet or exceed expectations, I=E2=80=99ll need a summary explaining why, with specific exa= mples and justifications for your assessment. Your input is vital to make sure our merit increase process is fair and truly reflects our employees' performance. Please send me your evaluations and summaries by June 14th. We=E2=80=99ll have follow-up conversations abou= t any proposed adjustments the following week. The final list of approved ratings and increase percentages will be shared with leaders the week of July 12th. Please ensure that you (or the respective manager) meet with each employee one-on-one before July 29th to share their rating of does not meet, meets, or exceed expectations and their increase amount. A list of talking points will be provided to guide conversations around the three rating levels. Thanks for your cooperation and attention to this important process. *Chad Everitt* President- East Division & Canada Mobile: 202.262.8318 [image: TheKey] --0000000000005396a4061a289d6b Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable As we kick off our 2024 merit review = process, I wanted to share how we=E2=80=99ll handle merit increases this ye= ar.
