This SLC has been sending us a few leads and Dereck is expecting a referral fee from us for the revenue generated by the active clients. My suggestion is to provide 5% of the total revenue for the first 3 months or until the client is active or either of the first two comes first. They do not require any staffing at this stage; offered by Paramed, subcontracted by the AHS. Sola had suggested $38/hour and I would second that. Thoughts on this? Once we have a consensus I would like to back to Dereck with a proposal (preferred partnership agreement) and perhaps include Canyon Creek (sister property) under the same fold.
