This is paint and patching, new sink etc that has got the office up to par. Please revise your amount of payments to include the $11400 into your total= . Thanks As stated in contract: The Lessor agrees to provide a rental credit of 50% of the Painting, Flooring, Lighting or any other improvements to the Premises approved by the Lessor, made by the Lessee in the year 2023, up to a maximum or $10,200.00, plus applicable taxes, by way of rental abatement (the =E2=80=9CTenant Improvement Allowance=E2=80=9D).
