Hello Executive Leaders,
HR is working to sunset the Fond.co vendor by this year’s contract end
date. As part of the close-out effort, there is a prepaid bank of available
Fond reward points to offer a small selection of 74 high performers
throughout the corporate/field areas as a one-time point reward in the
redemption equivalent of $125.00 USD.

fill out your assigned nominee lines for your organization by July 14,
2023. Do not add additional lines on the spreadsheet. Only execs on this
email and HR leadership have access to this spreadsheet.

HR will ensure the nominees have a Fond.co account to receive the points
and will be notifying the individuals of their award on July 21st. Nominees
will have until August 15th to utilize their reward.
Selection Criteria Considerations:

Demonstrates exemplary work ethic and dedication

Consistently achieves and/or surpasses set goals and targets

Displays exceptional teamwork and collaboration

Exhibits a positive attitude and serves as a role model for others
Important:

Team members will receive an email notification on July 21st from the HR
Service Center with instructions on how to redeem by August 15, 2023.

Redeemed points will be considered taxable income at the supplemental
rate and will be reflected on their first paycheck in September. Unused
points by the deadline will be forfeited.

Canada employees CAN be considered for this nomination; the Fond.co
website has a Canada version I can turn on for this, if needed.

Separate, individual emails are being sent to current employees with an
active point balance. They will also need to redeem any available points by
August 15, 2023. No action needed by the executive team for that population.
