We have had a few residence shifts that were booked but not confirmed, in writing, with the residences. The one today, worked out ok as the residence kept the caregiver anyway, but I took the opportunity to speak to Sabrina and suggest a tracking system to fix the issue. I suggested developing a google spreadsheet where the shifts can be entered and tracked... who ordered the shift, when, was it confirmed, etc. She did right away and we will see how it goes and adjust as needed.
