Are you able to help make sure he spends time with her so she can understand his processes, time spent, etc. Huge thanks. Separately, some additional things for you to be aware of: Irin: She is going to take on Vancouver and also be our backup for Montreal moving forward. We will start training soon. Carolyn: As you know, she is exiting. Chuck: As noted above, we need to spend time with him. Misty: Our intention is to exit her and transition Montreal payroll to an individual on our US team who has experience with Ceridian as well as Canadian Payroll. Sam: It is our understanding he is only working part-time and does not have a desire to do payroll work full time. We will continue to stay close to his work efforts. As a side, we've requested a Payroll Leader to manage payroll in Canada. Although we do not yet have this approved; we would like your opinion on Irin's ability to take this on in a Supervisory capacity based on your interactions w/ her? Once we understand how much time Chuck is spending on payroll, we will be able to better assess how many payroll specialists we would need in addition to Irin to ultimately determine what we can take off of Chuck & Sam's plates. Appreciate your support in having Chuck reach out to Germaine. Lisa Lisa On Wed, Jan 11, 2023 at 9:10 PM Lisa Larson wrote: > Hi there, we are trying to wrap our arms around Canadian payroll.
