Orientation Paid Hours

I have created a fake client "HCA Montreal Orientation". The virtual orientations will be 2 paid hours at their hourly rate for now. I enter the hours under the fake client once they have completed their first shift. I spoke with Chuck and orientation hours will not be counted towards overtime. Moving forward, when reviewing payroll, if you notice any overtime due to orientation, please make the adjustment. I have already reviewed this payroll. Thank you.
