Carolyn was very receptive to the feedback and looks forward to growing in her role. She manages upwards of 400 caregivers, which can be daunting. The focus needs to be supportive, as she is being pulled in many directions. Action items we discussed: - Be more strict with caregivers. - I will set up two meetings with Chandani and Kathryn so they can share their communication strategies with caregivers who want to call off. Ideas on how to be a support to the caregiver while still telling the caregiver "no" sometimes - Sense of Urgency/Reactive to needs. - Arrange a shadow shift with Dom in Montreal, so she understands the client/care manager side. This was very well received as she has never had any exposure to this side of the business. - She is transparent about what she is doing. - She will populate her calendar so that if someone wants to know what she is working on, it will be there for everyone to see. She will proactively communicate with the required departments when working on a project or dealing with a caregiver. - Provide Carolyn Support - Meena to assist with data entry, app adoption and tax forms. I hope to see improvement in these areas over the next couple of weeks. We are lucky to have such a high-functioning Ambassador in Montreal. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or other suggestions.
