Dennis and I have frequently noticed that he will go out to do a client visit and be gone for 2 hours. I have occasionally had a client or staff call, who he had been visiting, and they will say he has left and it will still be quite a time before he reappears. Obviously it is hard to know what is going on all the time, but these visits should not take this long for sure. My understanding is that Mack reports to Dennis. I have asked Dennis to talk to him about it but he is saying to me, also that it is a problem and "one of us should talk to him". Dealing with issues like this is not something Dennis likes to do... but I don't want to make things too complicated with him taking Client Care direction from both of us! Happy to have this conversation if you would like me to, I am just not sure what is best here!
