Are the other Home Care Companies do this? Not sure you know the answer to that question. I feel doing this might cause a greater scare where we risk losing clients and caregivers. We have sent out communications that we are screening clients on an ongoing basis. If we hear there is a risk, we stop the service. We have sent out the Caregiver Training Modules which educates the caregiver and they send us a response indicating they understand everything. We have repeatedly told them if you have any symptoms you should not show up for work. Tough call either way!
