Your feedback continues to shape the way we improve the platform to better support your day-to-day work. We had a strong response rate, and your input has provided meaningful insights into what=E2=80=99s working well and where we can do better. Below= is a summary of the key findings: *Areas of Progress Since Last Survey:* - *Improved Support Satisfaction:* The average satisfaction with support over the last 60 days increased noticeably from 3.57 to 4.07, reflecting quicker responses and more effective assistance. - *Higher Overall Satisfaction:* Overall satisfaction with Salesforce support for daily processes increased from 3.39 to 3.77. - *Enhancements & Communication:* Salesforce enhancements and project communication was rated higher (from 3.47 and 3.49 to 3.70 each), showin= g positive growth in these areas. *What=E2=80=99s Working Well:* Users provided positive feedback regarding the team=E2=80=99s responsivenes= s and support, especially during office hours and ticket follow-up and helpfulness and strategic thinking within projects. Additionally, several users noted that Salesforce is helping streamline workflows when set up correctly and that access to data is improving. *Where We Can Improve:* The top areas for improvement remain focused on ease of use, efficiency, and training. Users called for simplified navigation, fewer clicks, and clearer documentation or demos to support adoption.
