Remediation and updates for Vancouver office

The office at 1861 Marine Drive in Vancouver needs some renovation done to get the office in good shape. We knew this when we renewed the lease and we received two months rent as abatement, which equals around $11,000 Canadian dollars. We conducted a mold test and there is only one area that is in need of remediation and that is the back office. I have informed the landlord and he has given us a quote to get new flooring in the office for around 8K. This only addresses the floors and not the office as a whole. I requested another quote for all work to be completed which entails paint, updating breakroom, restroom area and the floors etc. I have attached the quote as well. I am requesting we complete the latter and get the office to a level that everyone is happy with. The cost of this renovation is around 28K. When you take into account if we had moved we would have spent this money. One other thing is that we need to move all furniture out and back in for each project which means probably another $5k. I have attached the quote and the mold report for your review.
