Here you go. CCM #1 is 62 years old Social Worker with 30 years of experience. Base salary is $68K. She receives a bonus of $10 for any client under her management per month. Any of her clients that are with us for 91 days+ she receives an additional $20 for each per month. CCM #2 is 25 years old Social Worker with her masters and 3 years of experience. She receives $48K salary only. Both of these CCM's have their own strengths but are equally good. I will say we will look for more future CCM's similar to #2 as they are MUCH less expensive.
