Quick question, when you approached that senior facility to take over all of their staffing, did you run any financial models to justify using Home Care Assistance at a higher hourly costs? I'm going through the exercise now with the facility we're staffing, and I'm having a hard time estimating the admin / hiring costs that they have. They're not all that open to sharing it with me.
