I spoke to Arthur last night about that as he was present for both shifts. Arthur informed me that apparently there are two packages of the Zoloft and he assured me that the medication was administered all week. I recommended that we keep those packages together as to not have any confusion. Arthur will make sure that is organized today. Regarding the blood pressure reports for your mother I've spoken to Nancy who is there 5 or 6 mornings per week on average. Nancy says that your mother is often resistant and told her that the doctor said it's no longer necessary to take the blood pressure. I'm sorry we didn't pick up on this earlier. I've clarified that she must chart the pressure in our care binder daily, it's mandatory. She assured me she would take care of it from now on. She confirmed that your mother always takes her 2 pills in the morning. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
