Just an FYI it's still being worked on/looked into for some of my
Salesforce account I have active leads with. I am meeting with Direct
Health Solutions this afternoon at 3pm to talk about a lady in an SLC. This
is Jessica Tsang who co-hosted my presentation at Grand Seton yesterday
(which went great), and this new lead we're to discuss is in Chartwell
Harbours. Sounds like a good one to me.

Can you please request ownership of the account again to verify that the
bug you initially reported has been fixed? Or are you still receiving an
error message when you try to request ownership? Once you request
ownership, it will be sent to your manger for approval. Once they approve,
then the account ownership will change to you!
