You are correct, on January 11 I did guarantee that Home Care Assistance would be the only homecare provider advertising in our book. We pulled all other homecare related =E2=80=9Casks=E2=80=9D and I monitored our incoming ads. I= n early March it came to my attention that Golden Home Care, through a staff member of another department of the Centre, had shown an interest in advertising in our book. I was told that their specialty was homecare for all needs, with only a small percentage being seniors. Most specifically their main area of expertise was homecare for those recovering from substance abuse and that there would be no crossover with your ad. When the ad was submitted and I saw it when proofing the book it was too late to do anything. I truly apologize for this. It was never my intention to mislead you. As you saw yesterday this event is huge with many people working to ensure its success. It was my mistake to think that I could control a process that was as big as it was.
