Sometimes these things are out of our control. The baby is doing better thanks! I've assigned your parents case to my head Care Manager, Maria Licoudis. She will be in touch today to schedule a visit this week. Should you wish to continue services, it would be best that we complete a full in person assessment so that our staff knows exactly what is expected of them. Amanda and I will be working on the schedule this week and confirm back to you asap.
