Sorry for the late reply. So this week, we are continuing with the usual 8 hour shift on Thursday (tomorrow - not Wednesday). This Saturday and Sunday we would reduce to 5 hours, as discussed. So 8 to 1pm or 9 to 2pm. We'll schedule the same for next Thursday. L=C3=A9o seems to gradually get acquainted with his environment and the loc= al staff. We also feel it's better that the establishment of la Mar=C3=A9e not= rely on the HCA care givers too much. On this note, I'd appreciate if you could remind all caregivers to be extra mindful that they are there for company only and for "coaching" purposes. L=C3=A9o needs to keep learning to use th= e care of La Mar=C3=A9e's caregivers by calling them when needed. There's a c= ord in his room he needs to pull when he needs assistance of any kind.
