It's more likely that we could schedule the call for tomorrow morning (your time) perhaps between 8am and 9am? Would that work for you? In regards to the start of service, yes Corrina would accompany the selected caregiver, introduce her to your mother and ensure that the fit is right. She would subsequently visit again within the first 4-5 shifts to follow up and ensure your mother is completely satisfied with the service. Ongoing from that point, Corrina would perform a regularly scheduled care management visit which includes a supervisory visit for the caregiver. Once we speak with Tammy this morning we will identify the start date. In regards to a geriatric fitness program, the design it is not our specialty. We defer the design of the program to our Physiotherapist, Corey Wolofsky from Physio en Route (http://www.physioenroute.com/en/home/). Corey can meet with your mother, craft a fitness program, then our caregiver can encourage disciplined execution of the program and provide safety and standby assistance. Corey's visit typically costs between $75 - $85. We can organize all of this should you wish. Otherwise I would encourage you to reach out to Corey directly. We'll be in touch ASAP regarding Tammy's availability for a call, Tim On Wed, Jun 21, 2017 at 7:02 AM, Frank Valenta wrote= : > Hello Tim, > > Now I better understand the caregiver situation. > > The service you are selling is both a big ticket item in terms of cost an= d > critical in terms of health and well being, so bears an investment in the > selection process.
