It explains the demographics we used for this particular role. My budget is usually 5$ a day and I run the ad for 7 days. I also share it on all the job boards and groups that we're a part of. That typically results in a lot of exposure. If I find someone before the 7 days is up then I stop the ad from running. In the ad tracking section, you want to make sure your relevance score (which only appears after 500 impressions) is 7/10 or higher. Hope this helps.
