Has corporate ever considered a video interview solution as a first step for screening caregivers? I came across this product (www.hirevue.com) as my girlfriend was applying for a flight attendant position at Air Canada. They have all candidates answer 10 questions by recording themselves either via computer or mobile device. They can re-record the answers as many times as they like, then submit the interview. A big part of our interview process is screening for personality and presentation. Seems this would make the process more efficient. It's not a cheap product, they quoted me 30k/year. Perhaps you would be interested in investigating this?
