We do in fact have over 300 caregivers available to us, many of which are french speaking and live in other regions of the city, therefore not candidates for your mother. A secret I will let you in on is that there is a tremendous caregiver shortage in Montreal. Great candidates don't sit idle for long. Case in point, Pam is no longer available as she has picked up employment elsewhere and informed us this morning. Often we're battling with other agencies, hospitals etc over the best caregivers and since we're constantly taking on new clients, we're always hiring. So it's a bit of a juggling act. We can look at sending you more candidates, how many would like to see? Again, it's always a very fluid situation, that's why we typically handle most of the screening and present the two best candidates we feel match with your mothers needs. You may want to look at booking a call with Tammy in the interim to see if you like her. She's available tomorrow if need be. In the meantime I should have other's ready by the time you read this message.
