 Yes etransfers require a specific email address that's linked to a bank account for auto deposit. We're in the process of launching etransfer@thekey.com but it hasn't been tested yet.  
   
 If this client sends an etransfer to paymentapplication@thekey.com it will need to be forwarded to me for deposit.

 I brought that up to her as well regarding the fact that we have already been using her credit card already. She didn't have a good answer to the question and pretty much just said that she doesn't want to provide any information to Versapay. 
   
 My apologies. She is going to be paying via Etransfer, not wire transfer. I did provide her with the remittance email address, which she actually questioned. She didn't understand why she would need to email us payment information because she said that all of the other companies she pays doesn't require this. She just sends the funds and that's it. 
   
 If she falls behind in payments our Collections team is going to be calling her and it will end up getting addressed with your office during their AR review.
