The bios we generate are not client specific. As a large portion of our clientele suffer from cognitive decline, we feel that it's important to mention that experience in our caregiver bios. Please understand that this experience was not directed towards Pamela's care needs. We know that she doesn't have dementia. You do however raise a great point and we will be more sensitive to this in the future and customize their experience depending on the client. As it stands now, we have Sandy, Marlyn and Sandra coming to the office on Tuesday at 11:30am to meet with you. Should Pamela not feel 100% satisfied with any one of the girls we can evaluate other candidates. Should you have any further question's don't hesitate to contact me, Best regards, Timothy.
