She had many questions about our procedures and who would handle the care management, you or my team. I assured her that we would work together but you would ultimately be in charge and make all final decisions regarding care. We also spoke about the availability of caregivers, and some of the challenges in recruiting. So far I have three potential caregivers available for day shifts, 2 of them are new and need to be screened. The overnights are proving difficult, I will need more time.
