They were all in very good spirits. It seems like they're really enjoying the new apartment. I reviewed the care binder and all previous care notes. Arthur informed me that your father has made small gains in terms of his mobility during dressing and personal hygiene. He is now able to wash most of his upper body on his own, which Arthur says makes him very happy to do. I performed a supervisory visit for Arthur, which he passed with flying colours. In my time here at Home Care Assistance, I haven't come across many caregivers more dedicated than Arthur. His care notes are impeccable and he takes great pride in your father's care. I asked your mother if she had any concerns or feedback regarding our care / staff. She couldn't think of anything specific and seemed overall very pleased. Let me know if there's any feedback on your end. Now that the blood pressure monitor has been located, Arthur resumed charting your mothers BP every morning. I'll speak with all the staff again to reiterate the importance. Kerene is visiting the office today to review the care plan with me. Her first shift is tomorrow from 7am to 12pm. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Regards, Tim On Wed, Jun 7, 2017 at 8:16 AM, Debbie C wrote: > Certainly. It is not yet installed. It needs to be repaired.
