I suppose its hush hush, I can't find it either, but between me and you, here is the internal release from our CEO. Everyone, I'm proud to announce that Summit Partners, one of the top healthcare investors in the world, has taken a majority interest in Home Care Assistance. This new partnership is a tremendous vote of confidence in our mission, our team and our plan to change the way the world ages. Summit will be a true partner to Home Care Assistance, and I have been personally cultivating our relationship and strategic plan with them for months. We will have an opportunity to work with the same team that helped HealthCare Partners(now a part of DaVita) scale from a few locations in Southern California to a national force. They have also helped other notable healthcare companies such as MDVIP and Lincare grow into best-in-class national players. With this new partnership, Jim and Kathy Johnson will complete their transition out of Home Care Assistance and I will serve as Chief Executive Officer. This will not impact our day-to-day operations or those of the Franchise Company specifically, which will continue to grow and succeed under the leadership of Barbara Schuh. Our focus at the Franchise Company will continue to be the strong start of new sites, the ongoing development of existing locations, and the consistent implementation of our operating model across the world. We are very excited for this new partnership and all the possibilities it will present for Home Care Assistance. Thank you for your continued efforts to build the Home Care Assistance brand in your local communities, and here's to a fantastic close to the year! Happy Thanksgiving in advance, Lily Sarafan CEO, Home Care Assistance 525 University Ave., 6th Floor Palo Alto, CA 94301 Tel.
