Hello Regional Directors,

Thank you to everyone who joined our Sales Support Open Office hours with
Ashley today! Here are some takeaways from our call. As always, please let

*VA Partnership Strategy*

   - We are working on a strategy to expand our wallet share with the VA
   nationally!
   - There will be a huddle call next week for all existing key
   stakeholders: HCLs with an existing VA contract locally + their Leaders to
   kick things off.
   - Our next strategy is to obtain statewide contracts to expand.
   - More details on dates & timing to come next week!


*Pipeline Opportunities*

   - This month we are seeing a dip in our conversion mid funnel with
   assessments scheduled and completed.
   - Opportunity for additional support and/or training for team members
   who are now handling intakes and scheduling/completing assessments.
